Returns within 14 days of the reception of the goods
You are welcome to return any item for any reason within 14 days of receipt. When you have informed us, you have another 14 days to return it. The cost of return will be at your expense. We recommend a trackable shipping. We will refund your purchase when we receive your return.

Goods must be returned to us in their original packaging, unused and in a re-saleable condition. You can open the packaging and examine the product to the extent required to determine its features or function and if you are satisfied with it.

Please also note that your right to return does not apply to personalised items, such as engraved pens, or any special orders.

Claims
You can submit your return request within 2 years from the date you received the item. Contact us and describe the reason why you want to return the item and provide us with the purchase order number. We will contact you with the next step once your return has been approved.

All products that are discovered to be damaged outside of manufacturing defects will be returned back to you and will not be refunded.

Reimbursement for defective items
We will offer you a replacement product of the exact same model, provided that the product is available within a reasonable time.

If a replacement is not an option, we will refund your purchase. The original payment method will be used. Please note that card refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear on your account.

Puoi restituire qualsiasi articolo per qualsiasi motivo entro 14 giorni dal ricevimento. Dopo averci informato, hai altri 14 giorni per restituirlo. Il costo del reso sarà a tuo carico. Consigliamo una spedizione tracciabile. Rimborseremo il tuo acquisto quando riceveremo il tuo reso.

Le merci devono essere restituite nella loro confezione originale, non utilizzate e in condizioni rivendibili. Puoi aprire la confezione ed esaminare il prodotto nella misura necessaria per determinarne le caratteristiche o la funzione e se ne sei soddisfatto.

Tieni inoltre presente che il tuo diritto al reso non si applica agli articoli personalizzati, come penne incise o ordini speciali.

Reclamazioni
Puoi inviare la tua richiesta di reso entro 2 anni dalla data in cui hai ricevuto l'articolo. Contattaci e descrivi il motivo per cui desideri restituire l'articolo e forniscici il numero dell'ordine di acquisto. Ti contatteremo per il passaggio successivo una volta che il tuo reso sarà stato approvato.

Tutti i prodotti che risultano danneggiati al di fuori dei difetti di fabbricazione ti verranno restituiti e non saranno rimborsati.

Rimborso per articoli difettosi
Ti offriremo un prodotto sostitutivo dello stesso identico modello, a condizione che il prodotto sia disponibile entro un tempo ragionevole.

Se una sostituzione non è un'opzione, rimborseremo il tuo acquisto. Verrà utilizzato il metodo di pagamento originale. Tieni presente che i rimborsi della carta possono richiedere fino a 10 giorni lavorativi prima che vengano visualizzati sul tuo account.
